Gomeroi Culture Academy

Each of the four Farrer students who nominated themselves for the Gomeroi Culture Academy (GCA) in 2024 was selected for one of the fifteen available spots out of 45 applicants. Congratulations to Jace Single, John Kennedy, Kobhan Hewson-Nean, and Noah Barnett-Suey on your success.

On Friday 16th February a “Welcome Ceremony” was held at the Tamworth Youthie with the boys, their parents, Farrer Principal; Mr Gallagher, Year 9 Coordinator; Mr Vigar and Aboriginal Support Officer Kell Klepzig were all in attendance.

We are certain that the boys will excel in the program this year, and we can't wait for them to share what they learn with us.
