Kobhan Hewson-Nean Named NAIDOC Next Generation Honouree

Farrer Year 10 student Kobhan Hewson-Nean has been recognised as one of the Tamworth NAIDOC Next Generation Honourees for 2025 — a testament to his leadership, cultural pride and commitment to making a difference.

Kobhan’s inspiring story is featured as part of the Tamworth Regional Gallery’s NAIDOC exhibition and in the Outdoor Gallery Program, a public art initiative showcasing the achievements of local Aboriginal youth during National NAIDOC Week 2025.
