Inspiring the next generation of agricultural leaders

On Thursday 11 June 2026, Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School proudly hosted the 2026 Tamworth Agricultural Careers Expo, bringing together more than 1,200 students, teachers, industry professionals, employers, universities and training providers from across regional NSW. The biennial event showcased the incredible diversity of careers available within the agricultural sector.

From cutting-edge ag technology and drone demonstrations to working dogs, shearing, auctioneering challenges and hands-on industry displays, students had the opportunity to explore real-world career pathways and connect directly with industry leaders.
