Congratulations to our outstanding students who represented our school with excellence in the RIEP Flash Starts Program

Selected from a limited pool of just 10 spots, these students committed fully to the opportunity - donning their PPE and stepping into a live metal fabrication workshop environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Throughout the program, they developed hands-on skills, gained valuable insight into the metal fabrication industry, and even built their very own fire pit project. More importantly, they made real connections with local employers and showed exactly what it means to be work-ready.
