Travelling to different locations along the Peel River, students tested water quality by measuring turbidity, pH and temperature, while also observing changes in topography, land use and vegetation. Along the way, they considered how human activities impact the river and the management strategies used to protect this important local waterway.A great opportunity to see real-world Geography in action.
