Yr 7 Boundary Rock Excursion
Our Year 7 students visited Boundary Rock, one of the most culturally significant Kamilaroi sites in the region.
Students explored Aboriginal art, artefacts and culture, gaining a deeper appreciation of the stories and heritage connected to this special site.
A highlight of the day was hearing from Uncle Len Waters, who shared his knowledge and experiences, engaging students in meaningful discussions about the cultural significance of Boundary Rock and its role in connecting past and present generations.
This is a memorable opportunity to learn on Country and connect with local history in such an authentic way!
