Junior Programs
				
				Orientation & Sleepover
			
- Year 6 students starting at Farrer the following year
 - Week 9 of Term 4
 - Get To Know You activities followed by a sleepover in the boarding house (for boarders)
 
				
				Year 7 Orientation Camp 
			
- Year 7
 - Term 1 Week 3 at Coffs Harbour in Week 3 of Term 1
 - Sport & Rec activities, Beach activities, social skills, life skills
 
				
				Mental Fitness
			
- Year 7
 - Terms 2 & 3 fortnightly lessons
 - Based around the 24 character strengths. Students learn about their strengths and what they need to improve
 
				
The
				Rite Journey
			
- Year 9 
 - 1 lesson per week. Organised by teaching & non-teaching staff
 - Activities based around the transition into adulthood
 
Peer Support Years 7 & 11
- 1 x Roll Call per week
 - Get To Know You games, Rules and Responsibilities at Farrer, Builds connections between junior/senior students
 
				
			
Senior Programs
			Futureman
- Year 10
 - Study skills, careers, wellbeing.
 - 1 lesson per week
 - Prepares students for senior school and beyond.
 - Exposes students to new careers, ideas, and techniques.
 
				
Leadership
				Camp 
			
- Year 11
 - One week at a Sport & Rec camp
 - Combination of indoor and outdoor challenges that build leadership skills for all
 - Selection of Captains, Prefects and Seniors
 
				
Senior
				Learning Action Plan (SLAP) 
			
- Year 12
 - Students choose a teacher to mentor them through Yr 12
 - Weekly/Fortnightly catch ups
 
				
Year
				12 Coast Trip 
			
- Year 12
 - 3 days at Scotts Head
 - Outdoor activities, university talks, guest speaker, Yr 12 bonding time, self reflecting activities
