City 2 Surf 2023

Over the weekend 28 boys travelled to Sydney for the City2Surf 2023.

We arrived in Sydney after lunch and watched the Sydney Swans v Gold Coast Suns at the SCG. After the AFL game the boys settled in for the CommBank Matildas v France FIFA Women’s World Cup game shown on the SCG big screen. Go the Tillies!

After a big day football action we arrived at our accommodation for a good nights sleep in preparation for the big run.

Matthew Rushbrook was fastest home, cracking the hour mark, in 58 minutes! Congratulations to all the boys and Mr Vigar for completing the 14km run.

Thanks to  Mr Arranz and Mr Vigar for giving up their weekend to help out.
