Senior Visual Arts Gallery Visit

On Monday 27th February, Year 11 and 12 senior Visual Arts students travelled to the Tamworth Regional Gallery to view the quirky self-portraiture of Adrienne Doig. They have been exploring Doig’s art making practice in class and it was a privilege for them to see it in the gallery context to engage with the art pieces critically. After looking at the exhibition, students engaged in an art making workshop in the studio space to replicate Doig’s practice through their own self-portrait collage artworks modelled on her style ~ Mrs Rebekah O'Neill
