Year 8 Agricultural Studies

Students are preparing to take some of the Farrer’s Illawarra Shorthorn calves to the Dairy Calf Show in Singleton during Week 5 this term.

Year 8 Agricultural Studies students assisted in handling and the break in of the animals as part of their practical lesson. Working together in groups and communicating with each other proved vital to their success in leading the heifers. This resulted in some excellent walking around Centre Lawn!
