What have Farrer Year 8 students been up to in Technological & Applied Studies?

Our Year 8 students in Technology Mandatory have been experiencing a range of technology based learning activities, including fabrication and construction in the Timber and Metal Workshops. They have also been developing their coding skills by building and programing robots to complete challenges on the “robot arena”.

The Year 8 classes will complete three rotations to each context area in TAS and next semester they will swap to Agriculture to take on the challenges of that subject.
