Book Week 2023

There was lots of fun and hilarity to be had by all that participated Book Week. Thank you to William Hamel, Alex Bomford, Harrison Mills and Hamish Craig who volunteered to help supervise and run the games on Wednesday and helped make the event run smoothly.


Legacy Day 2023

On Friday 1 September, 19 Farrer students from the SRC and Year 10 participated in fundraising for Tamworth Legacy during Legacy Week.


2023 HSC Industrial Technology Major Projects

On Tuesday 29th August, marking of the Year 12 HSC Industrial Technology Major Projects was conducted by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). This process involves external markers appraising the student’s production of a Major Project and a supporting Folio document which outlined the design development, related research, and management of their Major Project.

Behind the Scenes of a Classroom

A great day launching Rockets

A great day launching rockets as part of our Yr.11 study into Kinematics and Dynamics. We had a 100% success rate with all rockets returning safely to Earth either with a parachute or a streamer.


Breeza Station Excursion

Year 11 Agriculture students had the opportunity to visit Breeza Station for their ‘Farm Case Study’ unit, providing them with the chance to study and experience first-hand a modern, operating cropping and grazing business.
